Privacy Policy

Apiverd is an independent app studio based in Mallorca (Spain). Our policy is simple because our model is: we do not collect, store or sell personal data.

• The app requires no user account or registration of any kind.
• The app contains no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• Location, if you grant permission, is used exclusively on your device to sort markets by distance. It is never transmitted to our servers or anyone else's.
• Favourites and preferences are stored on your device only.
• The app only connects to apiverd.com, and for two things: downloading the updated market list, an anonymous request with no personal data, and sending us a report if you press the button to tell us something about a market is wrong.
• That report carries only what you write: which market it is, your text and, if you choose to leave one, an email so we can reply. Your location and your device details are not sent. If you do leave an email, we keep it only for as long as the exchange lasts.

Data deletion

Since Apiverd apps collect no personal data, there is nothing to delete on our servers. To remove local data (favourites, preferences), simply uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings. If you sent us a report and left your email, you can ask us to delete it at support@apiverd.com.
