Apiverd is an independent app studio based in Mallorca (Spain). Our policy is simple because our model is: we do not collect, store or sell personal data.

• The app requires no user account or registration of any kind.
• The app contains no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• Location, if you grant permission, is used exclusively on your device to sort markets by distance. It is never transmitted to our servers or anyone else's.
• Favourites and preferences are stored on your device only.
• The only network request the app makes is downloading the updated market list from apiverd.com, an anonymous request that includes no personal data.

Data deletion

Since Apiverd apps collect no personal data, there is nothing to delete on our servers. To remove local data (favourites, preferences), simply uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.
